🎵 Things were awkward with Renee at first, and maybe even tense when they were children, but they've slowly grown closer with age and consider each other friends.
🎵 Andromeda was never really friends with Baxter herself, and he never did anything to her directly, but his actions hurt both Qiu and Renee so she dislikes him on principle. It's not her place to forgive, so even if Baxter came back to Golden Grove and apologized, Andromeda would only welcome him if Qiu and Renee forgave him.
🎵 With Serenity, things are civil. They have a mutual friend in Tamarack, but Andromeda wouldn't push so far to consider Serenity her friend too.
🎵 Andromeda avoids Vianca. 🥀 Eirlys's relationship with Cove started off as mere indifference but grew into a comfortable friendship. He's like family to her, and she's never really thought of him as any more than that.
🥀 There's always been an underlying awkwardness to Eirlys's relationship with Derek. Upon first meeting him, she subconsciously just viewed him as "Cove's friend" but was willing to be friendly too... until realizing Derek had feelings for her -- feelings she didn't reciprocate and didn't know how to approach. As adults, they're civil and good friends but don't see one another too often.
🥀 Eirlys finds it embarrassing but she was charmed by Baxter from the moment they met, simply because he was everything she wasn't. He was confident, outgoing, smooth, with an underlying vulnerability that he didn't like showing. And Eirlys felt so drawn to him that for the first time in her life, she chased something. Even if to just show him that she was there.
🥀 Eirlys's relationship with Elizabeth always had its ups and downs as they grew up together, but at the end of the day, they were always sisters. And no matter how much physical distance there is between them, Eirlys always knows she can call her big sister when she needs her.
